spinph9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine commercial banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. spinph9 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. All content on the spinph9 Platform including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and user interface elements are the proprietary intellectual property of spinph9 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any spinph9 intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any spinph9 content without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. spinph9's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spinph9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, whether scheduled maintenance or otherwise.
spinph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, violation of these Terms, PAGCOR compliance requirements, or court order. In the event of account closure due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by spinph9 for operational reasons unrelated to user breach, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
